I cook to create joy
For me, cooking is a passion and a way to bring happiness to people, so I focus on flavor, balance, and the small details that make a meal feel special.
I’m built on strong training and real kitchens
I learned to cook from my mom (she’s also a chef), at the European Center Culinary School, and by working side-by-side with chefs and teams in professional restaurants.
I respect ingredients and the process
My secret in the kitchen is treating ingredients with care and genuinely enjoying cooking—because that mindset shows up in every plate.
Chef Toco (aka Horatio) was fantastic. He made our night so special, easy, fun, and delicious. Communication beforehand was excellent, and he worked with us to create a menu that was exactly what we wanted. He arrived on time, was relaxed, friendly, well-prepared, and very communicative throughout the evening. Most importantly, he truly made it feel like I didn’t have to worry about a single aspect of the food. He even went above and beyond by fixing up a cake we had ordered from a bakery that was damaged in transit. His timing with each course was remarkably good. He brought out every dish at just the right moment, gave us a brief explanation of what was in it, cleared our appetizer and dinner plates, brought out fresh silverware, and genuinely made it feel like we had a restaurant in our own home. At the end of the night, I was delighted to discover that he had washed all of our dishes and even packed up our leftovers in Tupperware and put them in the refrigerator. He could not have made our evening more relaxing, effortless, or enjoyable. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an unforgettable private dining experience.
